Deviating from and supplementing the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006)(https://www.wko.at/oe/tourismus-freizeitwirtschaft/hotellerie/agb-hotellerie.pdf), there are certain individual adjustments/changes that apply specifically to Hotel Silbertal.

§ 3. 3.2. For fixed bookings (non-cancellable bookings at a reduced price), the total travel price is due immediately upon booking. A refund in the event of non-commencement of travel is excluded.

§ 3. 3.3. For bookings with a cancellation option, a deposit of 30% is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining 70% becomes due during the contractual partner’s stay.

§ 4.3. The rented rooms must be vacated by the contracting party by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Withdrawal by the contracting party – Cancellation fee

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) are replaced by the following provisions on cancellable and non-cancellable bookings.

Bookings with a cancellation option:

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the booking price becomes due.

From 13 days before arrival up to the day of arrival, the full booking price becomes due.

Bookings without a cancellation option (fixed bookings):

For fixed bookings (without a cancellation option), the full booking price is due immediately upon booking and is non-refundable.

We recommend that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

§ 18 Miscellaneous

18.5. By placing a booking, the contracting party accepts the present General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) as well as the above-mentioned addenda, irrespective of any terms communicated or stated to them on another portal. The same applies to intermediary agencies and travel agencies. Exempt from this are fixed booking allotments with providers for which different conditions have been agreed between the accommodation provider and the contracting party.
